She held various investment, business development and fundraising positions at CapMan. She also served as board member and interim manager for CapMan portfolio companies, eg. Sentera (currently Digia), an IT company, that was reverse listed to the Helsinki Stock Exchange via a merger under her lead. Johanna has served as Board Member of the Finnish Industry Investment (Suomen Teollisuussijoitus), a government private equity investment vehicle with funds under management at around 1BEUR. Johanna has been living 10+ years in Singapore with India as a prior location in Asia. She has worked extensively also in Malaysia during her years in Singapore.
